Well here I am once more, it's saturday night and I am sitting at the puter, trying to keep the boredom away. We just watched two flicks, now I am here in my office getting stupid, lol. But really I do enjoy playing around on here, it kinda breaks the monotony of everyday life....Ya think I'm the only one that feels this way?....I doubt it, but I can only stay on here so long and once more the interest is gone. I have other blogs that help keep me entertained, still after a fashion I've got to do something else. Oh well I guess that isn't too awfully bad as I can find other things to do. And now I think it's time to find something else to do..........Later!

Good Morning houston! Well it's another day and there is all kind of activity going on here in our city. To be frank Billy Bob Thornton and his film crew are casting today for extra's in his new film to be made here. Then I understand John Kerry will be stopping off trying to raise votes....hmm? And then we have the Livestock Show and Rodeo going on...sounds pretty busy I would say! Well for me I will go off to see my patients and then head for home for a quiet couple of days, nothing very exciting as I see it. I wonder what the world thinks of the Martha Stewart verdict....Oh well that's not my thing so off I go.. have a good day!..........later!

T.G.I.F..........Just got home and I am beat, the end of a busy week, well almost. I still have tomorrow to get through, but I will make it. The commute this a.m. was nasty and the return was crowded...Finally got home and plan to just chill out, maybe watch the boob tube for a while. C'ya in the morning.........Later!

Good Morning Houston!.....Well I got home fairly late last night and went straight to bed......it was a pretty good day, little or no major problems. Good morning Houston.......... looks like we are in for more rain today and I feel like we are living in the monsoon area of the world! Well today I have a later start so I should miss most of the commuter traffic, now there is a bad side to this it will be 10 pm when I return home this evening. Oh well! Such is life, we just keep plugging along trying to make each day as good as we can and hope for the best. Life is good, but it could get better and that's what we have to look forward to.....sometimes a person just needs to count their blessings, it seems we take so much for granted.
Well the one thing for sure we can take for granted is change and that is the only guarantee life offers....every day something will change....Am I up for it, can I face it with enthusiasm or will I rebel? Today I feel I will embrace it... and that's enough rambling for now, I hope everyone has a great day!.........Later!!

Good evening; Well i made another day.....this one was a bit easier than the previous. I rode to work and back without my wallet sans drivers license....real smart! Oh well I made it without being stopped and without any infractions, so it was a good day......I think! I'm getting too damn old for this daily commute crap so maybe it's time to move on...a nice cruise might be nice, a trip to Hawaai, or someplace, hmmm who actually cares where?
It was a good thought anyway, I might could afford a trip to downtown Houston if I watched my budget, lol!!

Good Morning World! Well it's off to work again with only a 20% chance off rain today. So far traffic is kewl so maybe I will have another good commute today. It's a rainy day again here in Houston, this means traffic will be a mess as usual, but I will get an early start with the stereo cranked up and ignore the mess as best I can. I work in the field of Mental Health, with people that have addiction to Alcohol and Drugs. I have worked in this field for many years now and enjoy what I am doing, It is so sad to see regular people ending up with problems that the best science can explain to us is inherited from the family system. Basically that tells a person they are addicted even before they pick up a drug or a drink. Well what happens to the person that goes for surgery, is prescribed pain medication and all of a sudden they find they are dependent on it?.....Addiction can happen to anyone at anytime and from any socio economic group, it's a disease and a tough one at that, it has no prejudice and a person that finds themself with this problem is not a bad person, rather a very sick person.....we need more education in this area and that's where I come in, and many more like me. Don't ever shame or blame someone with this problem, as one day it could be yours.....rather offer support and encourage them getting help........Treatment Works!
