Good Evening Houston!.........We had a fun day, took the Metro Rail downtown....it was a hoot. Our son and granddaughter went with us and we did the downtown area of Houston. A lot of people were doing the same I guess as there sure were a lot down there. I think that the lite rail was the best thing houston ever did to bring people to the downtown area. I took a lot of pictures, we had lunch and got back home before it go too awful hot outside. The Rodeo is in it's last weekend and that area was crowded also. After we got home we went oout to dinner at a new restaurant close to us, so over all it was a good day, it will be tough going back to work next week, lol. So for now it's time to chill, C'ya.........Later!

Good Morning Houston!.......Well another glorious day has arrived and we will be off to downtown Houston this morning. Hopefully I will get some good snaps as we check out the scenry there. We plan to take the train from Reliant Park and check that out on the way to downtown.....I think this sounds like fun, if we are lucky it won't turn into a nightmare as the rodeo is still going on....rail traffic! Good Evening Houston!.......Well we had another great day of rest, watched some flicks, updated sites and nothing more to speak of. Tomorrow we plan on going downtown to get some more pics, ride the Metro Rail and check out the sites.....it should be a fun day. Next week it will be back to the same daily routine, until the next vacation and I don't see that coming for some time. All in all it's been a fun ten days as we day tripped it getting home every evening and getting some rest. So with that I'll post again in the am....C'ya..........Later!

Good Morning Houston!.........Another fine day here as my vacation is winding down, but that's ok. Today is the day for yard work and chilling out, me...I think I will chill out. Good Evening Houston!.....Well we had a fun day, took another day trip. This time in was in quest for some pictures of Bluebonnets.....and we found some, which you will be able to see soon on my other site. Then we went to Chappell Hill and had lunch at Dever's Kitchen and then toured the town.....yahoo! After that we drove on down to Bellville and toured that town...another yahoo! Followed that up with a trip to Sealy and checked out the Water garden.......Fabulous, if you are into backyard ponds n things, got some good pics though. Then on back to Houston, did some Pizza at our favorite Pizza Place, visited a couple of stores and came home....boring, huh? But we enjoyed it so until morning, I bid you adieu. C'ya........Later!

Good Morning Houston!.......Looks like it will be another fine day here, it's almost summer like weather. The temperature will be in the middle 80's of higher, with sunshine, can't beat that. Well i think today we will do some more exploring, but not too far from home....Thank God! It's nice to be on vacation, but I thought vacations were for rest and relaxation, hmmm?....Oh well I can go back to work and get some rest, yeah right, lol! Think I will watch another flick before we decide where we will go for sure so ....C'ya..........Later!

Good Evening Houston!.....Did you eat you're corned beef and cabbage? I did...Awesome! Well today we washed the car after yesterdays trip along the coast, I watched some flicks and just relaxed. I think I will go sleep some TV as I have developed a headache, maybe it's due to too many flicks? It was a pretty quiet St.Paddy's day here, in our house but downtown the dyed one of the bayou's green for the celebration...that's nice, but I like quiet. Good Morning Houston!
Well we had a wonderful time yesterday and got a lot of neat pics. Arrived home late, I watched a flick on the boob tube and went to bed. Today is St.Patrick's Day, the day for the wearin "o" the green, eating corned beef and cabbage, drinking green beer and celebration. "Erin Go Braugh". At this time I wish everyone Irish or not to have a Happy St. Paddy's Day!.... I am going to chill out today eat some of the mentioned goodies and relax so Til this evening...C'ya ..........Later!

Good Morning Houston!....Well it's another rainy day so far, but we are planning to hit the road anyway! Today we will venture to Port Lavaca and the seashore.....maybe will will outrun the rain...I hope! Mama is packing a lunch and we will go, in search of new sights and more pictures. Good Evening Houston!....Well I didn't do anything much today other than updating moblogs, watching a few flicks and chilling out. Tomorrow we have plans to leave early and take a drive down along the coast, I should be able to get some good shots in that area. So I may not update this in the am, then again it depends how early I rise...And if I do I will put an entry on here. Not much on TV this evening, and I feel I have used this thing long enough for one day, so I guess I might watch the Rockets play for a while...If I can stay awake! Good Morning Houston.......We took while we were in Louisiana yesterday.... We had a nice time even though the weather was against us. It poured down rain all the time we were there, but we made the best of it. I think we got some good pics even though it was so nasty! We visited Lake Charles, Fenton, Oberlin, Kinder, DeRidder And so many more places.
We checked out the Racetrack and Casino in Vinton, saw Harrah's and the Grand Cushotta Casino. It was a fun time despite the weather! Now I'm off to update my other moblogs...C'ya..........Later!

Good Morning Houston!......Well today I think we might take a ride towards Louisiana to see if I can get some more pictures for the blogs. It's supposed to rain so that dampened our going into downtown Houston. Not that we might melt in the rain, just don't feel like walking a good distance in it. Does that sound right?....I dunno... I have almost 2600 photos on my main site, and about 800 on the other two sites...so it takes work to keep them refreshed and interesting......not that everyone will find them so, but to each his own! Fixin to watch the news in a few to check the weather and we will head where the rain isn't, lol.....make sense? I hope so.....well...
