Together they combine a beautiful seascape shot. I find shooting near or around the sea to be interesting and facinating....The Photo ops are unlimited, just use your imagination with a keen eye.

Another lovely view of life by the sea. Lovely clouds, bright sunshine and blue water make for a beautiful seascape shot. 

 
Scenic Seaside

A look at some of natures beauty, mixed with man's efforts which allows for this view. I try to shoot near or around the ocean as I love the views, salt air and ocean breeze on my face. 

High Above

This shot was taken from up on top of the Pedernales State Park. An awesome view from there on a very beautiful but extremely hot day. It was almost like you could see forever.

I felt this would make a good shot. And as it turned out it not only made a good shot I feel it made a fantastic shot.....Sometimes I amaze myself !
It is in my mind a very pretty scene even though it has less water probably than usual. They really need a numbers of days of rain up there.

A Dry Creek

I was not only suprised but also amazed at how dry it was here. It's sad to see these creeks dryed up, the woods so dry and as we went up to the Pedernales State Park we decided that this time we wouldn't even bother to trek down to the Falls.

Purple Beauty 

I'm not sure what these plants were but it sure was a sight to behold. This shot looks out into the Hill Country another awesome addition to this shot. At first I thought they might have been Lavender plants, but we were a few weeks early for them they were'nt in bloom. Now that was a bit disappointing as that was the reason we traveled there.

 

The Entrance To The Wildseed Farm

The picture should be self explanatory, they ship all over the world and usually it is a great mass of color around there. 

 

Wildseed Farm
This is the most awesome place in the Hill Country. It's just east of Fredericksburg, and they have any kind of flowers and seeds you could imagine. I was a bit sad this trip as a lot of the flowers in the fields were not in bloom yet. Yet I feel I got some great shots anyway. 

Lovely Waterfall 

I fell in love with this scenic beauty, it was awesomely beautiful, so serene and peaceful. I loved it before I shot it and fell more in love with it as I saw the results. Serenity personified.....

 

Rustic Rail Fencing

This fenceline really caught my eye, I was facinated with it's concept. The entire property was encased behind it. So beautiful a reminder of days gone bye. 

 

The Johnson Settlement

A rustic fenceline enclosing the boyhood home of Lyndon Baines Johnson former President of the United States of America. It was a fantastic photo shoot for me as I love old places and things. 

 

Near Pedernales Falls Texas

The scenery here was awesome, I was awed it seemed like you could see for miles with the naked eye. I found this high up in the Hill Country and found it to be remarkably beautiful. One day soon I hope to get back there again. The photo opportunities were unlimited. You can see more of my photos at: Jack's Place

Kemah Texas 

A beautiful shot from Kemah of docked shrimp boats. A wonderful little waterfront community not too far from Galveston Texas. It seems to thrive with the Kemah Boardwalk there, the Yaughts, Marinas and some of the fishing industry. Lot's of great restaurants with great food and fun for all.

 

Lovely Portulacas

This hardy little plant is a surviver, it can take all the sun you give it and seems to thrive without much water....Anyway, they are very pretty. 

 

Pretty Petunias

I found these in Johnson City, as you may have noticed ... I love to shoot flowers. It was a bit sad to see these guys struggling to make it, when a little care they may have been really beautiful. 

Awesome View Of The Hill Country 

This is some of what we saw traveling through the Texas Hill Country. In some areas like this one you could see for miles and miles. I love shooting in this area as the photo ops are so fantastically beautiful........Enjoy !

 

LBJ's Boyhood Home

This is the lovely Johnson Settlement in Stonewall Texas. It is the boyhood home of former President Lyndon B. Johnson. It is so beautiful there and it's kept just like it was in years past.
